Effect of different parameters on processing efficiency in electrochemical machining

Abstract To explore the influence of different processing parameters on efficiency electrochemical machining and surface morphology, removal spikes was simulated by COMSOL Multiphysics simulation software. And combined with experiments, micro-surface analyzed compared. The results showed that amount increased increase voltage, time, electrolyte concentration, decreased in gap. appropriate not only reduce roughness from 2.56μm to 0.57μm, but also change difference between micro high point low 280μm 170μm, finishing effect is greatly improved.
